Bespoke ventilation integrated into your doorset

Bespoke ventilation integrated into your doorset

TS Designs offers a comprehensive range of door louvre solutions, allowing ventilation to be incorporated directly into our doorsets while meeting the individual ventilation, access and security requirements of the project. For our PA1 aluminium doorsets, we can offer standard 500mm square louvres positioned at the top, bottom or both positions within the door leaf, bespoke sized louvres, and maximised louvred configurations where a greater area of ventilation is required.

Where enhanced physical security is required, we can also incorporate LPS 1175 security-rated louvres within our PS2 SR2 and PS3 SR3 security doorsets, providing a complete solution where both ventilation and certified physical security are required.

Security-Rated Door Louvres

For applications requiring enhanced physical security, we can incorporate LPS 1175 security-rated louvres within our PS2 SR2 and PS3 SR3 security doorsets, providing permanent ventilation while maintaining the required level of physical security.Designed for demanding and critical infrastructure environments, these louvres provide a robust ventilation solution where resistance to forced entry is an important part of the overall specification. A wide range of sizes is available, from 125mm x 125mm up to 900mm x 900mm as standard, with larger sizes also available where required, allowing the ventilation provision to be tailored to the project and integrated as part of the complete security doorset.

Applications

Typical applications include electrical substations, plant rooms, transformer rooms, switch rooms, utility buildings, bin and cycle stores, service rooms, energy infrastructure, commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Sizes, Configurations & Finishes

Our door louvre solutions can be tailored around the individual project, with a wide range of sizes, positions and configurations available across both our aluminium and security-rated doorsets. This allows the ventilation requirement to be considered as part of the complete doorset design rather than being restricted to a single standard arrangement. PA1 louvres can be supplied in silver anodised aluminium or polyester powder coated in a wide range of colours. Our LPS 1175 security-rated louvres are also available in a range of sizes and finishes, with optional insect mesh where required, allowing the overall solution to be tailored around the ventilation, security and appearance requirements of the project.

Need ventilation incorporated into your doorset? Whether you require standard square louvres, a bespoke configuration, maximised ventilation or an LPS 1175 security-rated solution, our team can help develop the right doorset around your ventilation, security and access requirements.
