PS2 Stainless Steel Security Doorsets

Built on over 30 years of “fit and forget” manufacturing expertise, the PS2  has been engineered to deliver long-term performance with minimal maintenance. When we entered the steel security door market, our goal was simple: create a genuinely durable solution that avoids the common issue of corrosion associated with traditional steel doors.

To achieve this, our entire range is tested and certified in stainless steel. Each doorset is fitted with full-length stainless steel continuous hinges and stainless steel locking furniture, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to rust. The result is a security doorset designed to be as close to maintenance-free as possible.

The PS Series is certified to LPS 1175 Issue 8, achieving:

Leaf Construction

• Leaf thickness: 45mm

• Skin material: 1.2mm Grade 304 or 316 stainless steel

• Internal reinforcement material: attack resistant armoured steel

• Core material: impact resistant honeycomb, high-density mineral wool or polyurethane foam

• Anti-pry astragal to leading edge: 3mm aluminium alloy

• Leaf weight with honeycomb infill: approx. 45 kg/m² excluding hardware

Frame Construction

• Frame profile: single or double rebate

• Minimum profile size: 100mm x 70mm

• Frame material: 1.5mm Grade 304 or 316 stainless steel

• Assembly method: butt jointed and bolted corners

• Threshold: stainless steel or SAA low-profile versions. No threshold optional.
