Secure Hardware

TS Designs Ltd provide a number of hardware solutions to meet customer specified requirements. These products have been developed over the years to assist in providing access to owners of large building stocks where padlocks are commonly used.

All of these products are executed in 304 grade stainless steel and are specifically designed to fit onto our PA1 range of aluminium doors.

Product designations are:

TS1XX series: external cylinder protection
TS2XX series: stand alone locking options
TS3XX series: external access devices actuating other proprietary furniture

A simple hinged cylinder protector. The objective here is to protect a cylinder with an unshrouded padlockable cover.

The logic is that in areas where lock tampering is a commonplace nuisance, it is easier to crop off a damaged padlock than drill out and replace a damaged cylinder.

Button

A swinging arm cylinder protector for double leaf doorsets. This product provides the dual functionality of protecting the face of the cylinder from attack or tampering whilst also securing the two doorleaves together to reduce reliance on a single point mortice fitted lockcase.

The padlock is shrouded to provide a further layer of protection.

A straightforward locking bracket. For use on either single doorsets securing the leaf to the frame, or on double doorsets securing the two doorleaves to each other. The staple of the padlock is fully shrouded to protect against cropping.

A stand alone locking solution.

Removal of the padlock allows the shrouded padlock cover to be used to operate a 19mm mortice fitted stainless steel bolt.

Dual key access device commonly used on IDNO substations. This device allows two parties access to a shared building with their own suited padlock system. Removal of either padlock allows entry, whilst crucially retaining the other party’s padlock within the device. This ensures that the other party can never remove your padlock from site thereby protecting your suite. Both padlocks are shrouded to protect against cropping.

Padlockable external access device driving surface mounted multi-point exit hardware.

Removal of the padlock allows operation of a trigger driving a standard 8mm stainless spindle giving the mechanical advantage required to withdraw and latch multi-point furniture.

There is free motion within the device to guarantee that it cannot interfere with the internal operation of any panic furniture.

The padlock is shrouded to provide a further layer of protection.
