Leaf Construction

• Leaf thickness: 44mm

• Leaf construction: two 3mm aluminium interlocking trays

• Core material: non-hygroscopic polyurethane foam or impact resistant honeycomb

• Heavy duty anodised aluminium door edgings c/w integrated astragal to leading edge

Finishes

•  Standard aluminium frame and door edge section finish: Satin silver anodised. AA25.

• Alternative aluminium frame and door edge section finish: polyester powder coated in a range of BS/RAL colours

• Door leaf, side panel and over panel faces: GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), mill finished aluminium or polyester powder coated            aluminium in a range BS/RAL colours

• GRP faces are pigmented throughout, UV stable and available in a range of textures

• Combinations of materials, finishes, textures and colours may be specified to each door leaf and panel face

Certification

• UKCA marked in accordance with external door standard EN 14351-1: 2006 & A2: 2016

• Panic and emergency escape hardware certified in accordance with EN 1125: 2008 and EN 179: 2008

• Hinges certified in accordance with EN 1935: 2002

• Quality Management System certified to EN ISO 9001: 2015

• Environmental Management System certified to EN ISO 14001: 2015

• Occupational H&S Management System certified to EN ISO 45001: 2018
