TS Designs wall mounted louvres provide a durable, purpose-built ventilation solution for installation directly into structural wall openings. Manufactured from aluminium that will not corrode, each louvre is made to suit the individual opening and requirements of the project.

With a huge range of sizes, configurations, sleeve depths and finishes available, we can provide anything from a small individual vent through to large banks of louvres for applications requiring significant permanent ventilation.

Our unique extruded aluminium blade uses an inverted ‘V’ profile with concave faces, eliminating direct line of sight through the louvre while helping to prevent wind-driven water from entering the building. The design provides approximately 75% free airflow, making it particularly suited to applications where high levels of permanent ventilation are required.

Each wall mounted louvre is housed within a bespoke four-sided aluminium sleeve, manufactured to suit the depth of the structural opening. This fully lines the aperture and allows the louvre to be fixed through the internal face of the sleeve, meaning there are no externally accessible fixings. The result is a secure, clean installation that can be finished flush with the external brickwork or recessed to suit the building.

Four-Sided Wall Sleeve

A cleaner, more secure installation

Unlike a conventional surface-mounted louvre, our wall mounted louvres are manufactured within a bespoke four-sided aluminium sleeve. The sleeve can be manufactured to suit the depth of the structural opening, fully lining the aperture and creating a complete finished installation.

Fixings are made through the internal face of the louvre housing, leaving no externally accessible fixings and allowing their position to be selected to suit the surrounding structure. The flangeless design also means the louvre can be installed flush with the external brickwork or recessed within the opening, providing a neat, clean finish.

Louvre Construction

Our extruded aluminium louvre blade features an inverted ‘V’ profile with concave faces. This removes direct line of sight through the louvre, prevents foreign body penetration and protects against wind driven water, while providing approximately 75% free airflow.

The blades measure 40mm x 40mm and are mounted on a 40mm pitch within a 45mm assembly, including mesh. Louvres can be backed with either 10mm anti-vermin mesh or stainless steel insect mesh.
