Installing a security-rated door is not a straightforward task. Unlike standard doors, these are engineered to resist forced entry and/or fire, and their performance depends heavily on correct installation. On a busy construction site, several unique challenges can complicate the process. All of these issues MUST be fully recognised within site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
