With investment in infrastructure and utilities at a 100 year high, the demands being placed on every aspect of construction in the sector are immense.

Utility Week Live is an opportunity for us to demonstrate our class leading security doors to the sector and allow customers to find out why our doors are genuinely “Fit and Forget”.

Come and see us on stand E18 at the NEC in May.

However strong and robust a security door is, it is ultimately reliant on the effectiveness of the locking mechanism to deliver security. At TS Designs, we also work to ensure that any locking mechanism we fit to our doors has the same longevity as the doors themselves, in other words they will last a lifetime. Over the years we have identified and now work with a number of high quality lock partners such as Tindall Engineering and Surelock McGill, but we have also designed a number of our own locking systems to meet customer specified requirements. These products have been developed to assist in providing access to owners of large building stocks where padlocks are commonly used. The key to all of these solutions is meeting the customer needs. All these products are executed in 304 grade stainless steel. Our hardware solutions include: external cylinder protection standalone locking options external access devices actuating other proprietary furniture A good example is the TS230. The TS230 is a dual key access device commonly used on IDNO substations. This device allows two parties access to a shared building with their own suited padlock system. Removal of either padlock allows entry, whilst crucially retaining the other party’s padlock within the device. This ensures that the other party can never remove your padlock from site thereby protecting your suite. Both padlocks are also shrouded to protect against cropping. All our solutions have been developed to provide a higher level of security than the security rating of the door itself.
